Amplifies second half of the 18S gene. Typically used in the second step of a nested PCR reaction together with 4FB after first amplifying with TIMA/B.
Amplifies second half of the 18S gene. Typically used in the second step of a nested PCR reaction together with 1806R after first amplifying with TIMA/B.
Together with TIMB, this primer amplifies nearly the whole 18S gene. However, the product is most often not visible on a gel and should be used for nested PCR reactions.
